Today is 2/22/2010, Monday.

Arrived at Little Farmer's Cay on Saturday; yesterday - Sunday - morning Ken and I went around south end of Cay looking for a likely place to find conch and/or lobster. Didn't find those but I had a great time snorkling around looking while Ken manned the dinghy. Because everything under water is new to me, even if others say there is not much to see, I find it fascinating! Then we rode the rest of the way around and with our "lookie pail" found some deeper waters with some chorals and plants that are way bigger than any we have seen yet - we hope to explore those today. In the afternoon we all - Bill & Barb, Chris & Jackie, K & F & S - wandered a beautiful long beach on Guana Cay, across from Little Farmers. A wonderful way to spend a warm and sunny afternoon.

And as a perfect end to the day, we went for a lobster dinner at Ocean Cabin - B & B had made reservations and menu choice as a thank you for our working on their engine down at Leaf Cay. (Totally unnecessary, but it sure was a fantastic dinner and evening!) Ocean Cabin is the local restaurant, bar, library, WIFI center, mooring ball owner, grocery store owner, you name it, Terry and Ernestine do it.

Can anyone ask for a better preamble to her birthday than that? And today is a birthday in Paradise -- What a gift!

Time now for some boat chores, then to shore to connect to WIFI and get this into the blog.

Fair Winds, Take Care, Have Fun,
Francie, Ken and Skipper
