Oriental Nc to Ft. Monroe June 6

We left Oriental at 6:30 AM and traveled 77 Nm to Catfish point on the Alligator River and arrived at 7:30. Long day but worth it. We left at daylight and fueled at Coinjock. We then traveled on to Pongo Ferry, after a burst oil line in Coinjock Bay, repaired with vise grips. We managed to get to Great Bridge the next morning and get enough parts to repair it correctly. We moved on through Norfolk to Ft Monroe and spent the night, with plans to head for Solomons.
