Hi Folks,
We had a great sail from Georgetown to Cape Fear River. Got there early and caught a rising tide up river. We made it all the way to Wrightsville Beach, and a much appreciated stop on the beach for Skipper. The next morning we left and managed to plow a lot of ground getting on to the ICW. We had to turn around and go back the long way as the tide was low. We made it to Swansboro , almost Morehead City, before stopping that night. The following morning we started early and fueled at Morehead City, as we had trouble with the fuel at Oriental. We continued to there for a great overnight stop, with resupply for our store room, showers , laundry and a good meal at the restaurant.
